EXCHANGE
Please contact us at help@igloospa.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Make sure to include your order number and the name of the product you would like to exchange. Customers are responsible for paying return/exchange shipping costs while your original shipping charge will not be refunded.
RETURN
Unopened items may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused with packaging intact, in its original condition including all packing materials, manuals and accessories. However, your original shipping charge will not be refunded.
Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase, excluding original shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued once the returned products have been received and met returnable conditions described above. Please note that once we process your refund, it could take 3 to 8 business days to be reflected on your financial statement.
